Since contracting with AP to serve as our City Engineer of Record, the City of Vale has made tremendous progress in dealing with our long standing water issues. As a small rural city we do not have the staff or expertise to complete a project of this magnitude without a tremendous amount of technical expertise. AP guided Vale through the maze of regulations, requirements, and public education that led to this successful effort. The City of Vale could not be more pleased with the completed project.
